My little buddy, Ms. Lucky: Intelligent, wonderful, affectionate, sociable, and always good company. The Basics For anyone reading this later: Lucky is an African Grey. If you know the species, you know they’re basically toddlers with wings and bolt cutters for faces. She’s settled into life here in North America perfectly, going from a quiet bird to a total social butterfly. She’s usually the first one to greet anyone coming through the door.
